Medallion Midstream has signed a 28,000-square-foot lease at Tower 909 in Irving, Texas. The provider in the oil and gas industry will nearly triple its corporate headquarters space in the relocation from 222 W. Las Colinas Blvd.
KBS Realty Advisors owns the 19-story office building completed in 1987 and located at 909 Lake Carolyn Parkway, while Transwestern is in charge of management and leasing duties. The 364,000-square-foot property features 2,000 square feet of retail space and is LEED-certified. Tower 909, previously known as The Tower on Lake Carolyn, is situated roughly 5 miles from Interstate 35E and about 1 mile from John W. Carpenter Freeway. The high-rise offers convenient access to multiple public transportation options, including DART stations.
Principals Justin Miller and Kim Brooks and Vice President Scott Walker with Transwestern’s Dallas branch negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. Robert Blount, senior vice president of CBRE, represented the tenant.
Earlier this year, KBS Realty Advisors sold a 67,000-square-foot Miami-area mixed-use property.
