Denholtz Associates to Upgrade NJ Office Building

Improvements at the two-story Class A asset in Bernardsville will be completed this summer.

Bernardsville, N.J.—Denholtz Associates, a real estate development, investment and management company headquartered in Matawan, N.J., recently announced its intention to begin a capital improvement project at a 54,600-square-foot office building in Bernardsville, N.J. The project is slated for completion this summer.

The planned renovation includes replacement of the existing walkway, as well as upgrades to the elevator interiors and to the lobby. The company will also add a media wall, new vending options, new lighting, new furniture and fixtures and a cafe/lounge seating area. By adding superior amenities to the two-story multi-tenant Class A office building, Denholtz Associates hopes to maintain the property’s high occupancy rates and continue to attract other tenants. Currently, the building is 98 percent leased.

“Our understanding of what modern tenants want in an office space motivated us to renovate 150 Morristown to create a highly attractive location for millennials and the companies hoping to attract them,” said Denholtz Associates Senior Vice President of Leasing Kristine Hurlbut, in a prepared statement.

Located at 150 Morristown Road, the property is in the heart of Somerset County, minutes from downtown Bernardsville and 6 miles from downtown Morristown. The office building offers immediate access to Route 202 and easy access to Routes 24 and 206, as well as I-78 and I-80.
