Divaris Arranges Sale of Historic Annapolis Building
In addition to facilitating the $2.3 million deal, the company also completed a lease negotiation in Arlington, Va. Divaris’ leasing and management portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic and South-Central U.S. exceeds 30 million square feet.

Divaris Real Estate Inc. completed two transactions totaling 10,836 square feet of retail space in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Multiple DealsÂ
Douglas Development Corp. purchased a two-story office and retail building in Annapolis, Md., for $2.3 million. The 8,140-square-foot property located at 18 Church Circle was sold by PNC Bank. Built in 1701, the landmark property has been well maintained under the historic provisions of Downtown Annapolis. The property is strategically situated at the nexus of Main Street and Church Circle, one of the four main traffic circles in downtown Annapolis.
The second deal included a building located at 4141 N. Henderson Road in Arlington, Va., which was leased by the Center for Autism and Related Disorders. The tenant will occupy 2,696 square feet of office space in the multifamily building which also includes 311 residences. Michael Divaris, president of the Divaris Group, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
