Divaris Real Estate Completes NC Retail Leases
The company’s broker negotiated on behalf of both Wendover Village in Greensboro, N.C., and Cornelius Shops in Cornelius, N.C. The two leases total 2,820 square feet.

Divaris Real Estate Inc., (DRE) a Virginia-based firm, recently announced the completion of two leases in North Carolina. DRE’s Charlotte-based Charles Neil represented the landlord in both negotiations.
Cricket Wireless leased 1,220 square feet of retail space in Wendover Village, located at 4215 West Wendover Ave., in Greensboro, N.C. Divaris leases and manages Wendover Village, a 170,895-square-foot retail property in Guilford County, in the eastern part of Greensboro’s major retail corridor along Wendover Avenue. The center offers easy access from Interstate 40. Other tenants of the shopping center include Bed Bath & Beyond, Five Below, Petco and Moe’s Southwest Grill. Additionally, Wendover Village is located near several attractions including Greensboro Coliseum Complex, Four Seasons Town Center, UNC-Greensboro and the Greensboro Piedmont Triad International Airport.
Olde World Bakery leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in Cornelius Shops in Cornelius, N.C. Divaris also leases and manages this asset. Located at 20124 West Catawba Ave., the bakery is in the Lake Norman area, with easy access to I-77. Waffle House, Bottled & Tapped and Natural White are among Olde World Bakery’s co-tenants.
Earlier this year, Divaris Real Estate Inc. closed the sale of the Union Bank building, a Class A, four-story property in Newport News, Va.
