Dollar General Leases 240 KSF Warehouse
The new lease has increased the company’s presence at Tejon Ranch Commerce Center by nearly 40 percent. A joint venture of Majestic Realty and Tejon Ranch Co. developed the building.

Dollar General has signed a lease for a 240,000-square-foot warehouse space at the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center, in Tejon Ranch, Calif. The facility marks the first building developed by the joint venture of Majestic Realty and Tejon Ranch Co. Dollar General has been a tenant of the center for six years and currently operates from a separate building. The new lease increases its footprint by approximately 40 percent.
Tejon Ranch Commerce Center is located at the intersection of Interstate 5 and Highway 99, roughly within one hour of the Los Angeles basin. The Class A cross dock facility features 36-foot clear height, seven-inch floor slab and an ESFLR sprinkler system. Additional tenants of the center include IKEA, Famous Footwear and Caterpillar Inc.
“Majestic Realty is proud to welcome Dollar General as the inaugural tenant of the first building developed in partnership with Tejon Ranch Co.,” said Brett Tremaine, senior vice president at Majestic Realty Co., in prepared remarks. “This is just the beginning, as we believe the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center’s strategic location and outstanding labor pool will prove to be advantageous for many more companies in the future.”
