Downtown Music City Hotel Changes Hands
Rockbridge's recent 214-key acquisition will be managed by Chartwell Hospitality.

Nashville, Tenn.—Rockbridge recently acquired Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center, a 214-key hotel located in the SoBro district of Nashville, Tenn.

Located at 305 Korean Veterans Blvd., the property is in close proximity to the Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena, Convention Center and more entertainment venues ideal for a diverse group of corporate, leisure and group destinations.
The Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center features amenities for guests such as a rooftop outdoor pool with terrace, a full-service restaurant, the SoBro Sports Bar and Grill, a wine bar, 4,200 square feet of flexible meeting space, business center, fitness center and on-site parking garage.
“Nashville is an exciting and growing city, and we are very pleased to invest in a new, institutional-quality hotel in the center of this vibrant, dynamic market,” said Rockbridge CEO Jim Merkel in a prepared statement.
Chartwell Hospitality was selected to manage Rockbridge’s new acquisition.
