Dual-Branded Hilton Hotel Opens in Denver
The 382-key dual-branded hotel is located near the Colorado Convention Center and Denver Center for the Performing Arts.

Hilton has expanded its Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton brands by opening a dual-branded property consisting of two new hotels: Tru by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center, a 176-key property, and Home2 Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center, a 206-key hotel. Stonebridge Cos. owns and manages the properties.
The 22-story development, located at 801 15th St., provides convenient access to the Colorado Convention Center, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Pepsi Center and 16th Street Mall. Additionally, various dining and shopping venues including T. J. Maxx, Walgreens, 7-Eleven, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Henry’s Tavern are nearby.
The dual-branded hotel includes common-area amenities such as 3,000 square feet of meeting space, street-level Tempo Bar, lobby with lounge and work areas, market with grab-and-go, complimentary breakfast bar, fitness center, guest laundry, valet parking and a five-story parking garage. Additionally, Home2 Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center is pet friendly.
This year, Hilton launched its latest brand, a meetings-and-events-focused product called Signia Hilton.
