Dual-Branded Marriott Hotel Debuts in Denver
White Lodging Services Corp. own and manage the 272-key Le Meridien and the 223-key AC Hotel by Marriott, located in the city’s business district.
Marriott International Inc. has opened Le Meridien and AC Hotels by Marriott, a 495-key dual-branded hotel development located in downtown Denver. The 272-key Le Meridien Denver Downtown and the 223-key AC Hotel by Marriott is owned and managed by White Lodging Services Corp. Simeone Deary Design Group led the design of both properties.
Value-add location
Located at 750 15th St., five blocks from the Golden Triangle Creative District, the AC Hotel Denver Downtown is the brand’s first property to open in Colorado. The hotel also offers convenient access to Colorado Convention Center, Denver Center, Colorado State Capitol, Union Square, Clyfford Still Museum, Denver Zoo and Denver Art Museum. The hotel includes eight venues featuring indoor and outdoor settings, a fitness center and a ballroom for up to 630 people.
Le Meridien Denver Downtown offers a fitness center, rooftop bar, 24-hour business center and in-room dining options. Located at 1475 California St., in the hearth of downtown, the hotel is one block from both the Colorado Convention Center and the 16th St. Mall. Denver Performing Arts Complex, the Colorado State Capitol and renowned art, music, shopping and cuisine are also nearby. Additionally, Le Meridien features more than 12,000 square feet of state-of-the-art event space, including a 5,700-square-foot ballroom, as well as meeting rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows.
