Emerge212’s newest office space in Manhattan

Emerge212, New York City’s premier operator of full-service office suites, unveiled its newest location at 1185 Ave. of the Americas in Manhattan. 

Merging office & hospitality 

Situated in a Class A high-rise, the new space features fully-furnished private offices totaling 56,000 square feet on the second and third levels of the building. Suites range from one to 30-person workstations and include design elements such as a floor-to-ceiling moss wall and serenity rooms with noise cancelling Bluetooth Beatnik Sound Station Chairs. Additional features include a state-of-the-art cafe areas with IT outfitted tables, charging stations, conference rooms and event space.

Attractive location

The building at 1185 Ave. of the Americas is within walking distance to Bryant Park, Times Square, Grand Central, Penn Station and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. The property also has direct access via the main lobby to 15 subways, numerous buses and trains and is directly connected to Rockefeller Center’s underground concourse.

New York City remains a booming location for leasing. Most recently, Amazon secured a 15-year lease with Brookfield Property Partners to occupy 360,000 square feet of space at 5 Manhattan West.
