EVEN Hotels Opens FL, OR Properties

EVEN Hotel Sarasota – Lakewood Ranch

InterContinental Hotels Group has opened EVEN Hotel Sarasota-Lakewood Ranch and EVEN Hotel Eugene, two properties totaling 234 keys.

Owned by Zieg Hospitality, the EVEN Hotel Sarasota-Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota, Fla., offers more than 2,500 square feet of meeting space and features 128 keys and four suites at 6231 Lake Osprey Drive, off Interstate 75. Various shopping, dining and entertainment venues are close to the hotel. Additionally, the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is located eight miles from the property.

Located at 2133 Centennial Plaza, near downtown Eugene, Ore., and one mile from the Autzen Stadium, the EVEN Hotel Eugene comprises 100 keys and two suites. Owned by VIP Hospitality Group, the hotel features roughly 1,060 square feet of meeting space and a heated indoor swimming pool. Every EVEN Hotels property features the Athletic Studio, in-room fitness zone, outdoor garden and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

EVEN Hotels is expanding with several hotels in the pipeline including a Pittsburgh boutique hotel.
