Exeter Property Group Purchases Houston Industrial Park
The 245,860-square-foot Century Oaks Business Park is adjacent to a FedEx distribution center and comprises six buildings on a 19-acre site.
Exeter Property Group has acquired Century Oaks Business Park, a 245,860-square-foot industrial asset in the southwest part of Houston, from Bearden Investments.
Located at 10601 S. Sam Houston Parkway W. on 19 acres, the asset is adjacent to a FedEx distribution center and two miles from both Interstate 69 and Highway 90. Additionally, downtown Houston is less than 18 miles from the industrial park. The tenant roster includes XPO Last Mile, Sunny Rock, Edvivi, Wetsounds, Holliday Process and Solutions. The six buildings include dock leveler and bumpers, 24-foot clear heights, column spacing of 42 by 46 feet and 293 parking spaces.
Principal Clay Peeples and Bo Pettit from Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International represented the seller in the transaction. The new owner worked with Rubicon Representation Partner Daniel Miller and Senior Associate David Moore.
Recently, Exeter Property Group paid $97.8 million for an 806,322-square-foot distribution center in the Inland Empire. The asset was fully leased to Bob’s Discount Furniture at the time of sale.
