Expansive, a flexible workspace provider, has opened Expansive Mesa at Newberry Station, a 20,000-square-foot coworking space in Mesa, Ariz. The new location is part of a 39,120-square-foot office building, owned by Caliber.

The flex space will offer a mix of dedicated desks, private offices, coworking seats, along with four conference rooms and a mother’s room. Tenants also have access to the building amenities, including a lunch counter, two recording studios and an event space with a projection screen.

The partnership between Expansive and Caliber will bring technology and accommodations suitable for hybrid professionals, creatives, students and professionals where they can work and collaborate, mentioned President & COO of Caliber Jennifer Schrader in a prepared statement.

Located at 114 W. Main St., the coworking space is adjacent to the Arizona State University at Mesa City Center campus and the Mesa Arts Center. The building is also within walking distance of numerous dining and retail options.

Expansive is growing the company’s footprint in the Phoenix MSA, with Expansive Mesa at Newberry Station marking its fourth location in the area. The company also manages two other coworking spaces in Phoenix and another shared workspace in Chandler, Ariz.
