First Potomac Realty Trust Appoints SVP of Investments in Washington

In her new role, Tricia Moore will focus on implementing the company’s property investment strategy.

FIRST POTOMAC REALTY TRUST LOGOWashingtonFirst Potomac Realty Trust has recently announced that Tricia Moore has been appointed senior vice president of investments and portfolio management for the company’s Washington office. In her new role, Moore will focus on implementing the company’s property investment strategy, including all dispositions and acquisitions.

Moore joined Goldman Sachs as a member of Archon Group in 2002 and she held many roles within the firm. Since 2012 she served as a vice president in the realty management division of Goldman Sachs. As realty management vice president, Moore was responsible for overseeing the Washington regional office with primary responsibilities such as asset management and acquisitions of office and industrial product in East Coast markets. Previously, Moore collaborated with CoStar Group, JLL and Enviromental Strategies Corp.

“Tricia’s breadth of experience, in-depth knowledge of the D.C. market and business acumen will be highly additive as we continue to de-risk the portfolio, deleverage the balance sheet and maximize asset values, which are the key tenets of our Strategic Plan,” said Robert Milkovich of First Potomac in prepared remarks.

Moore holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from Allegheny College and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University.
