First SCP Hotel to Open in Colorado Springs
The SCP Hotel Colorado Springs features 98,000 square feet of space including a 12,000-square-foot health and wellness venue, a 2,000-square-foot lobby, a 500-square-foot meeting room and a 1,000-square-foot fitness center.

Soul Community Planet (SCP) is set to open its first SCP-branded hotel in Colorado Springs, Colo. The 176-key property will welcome its first guests later this month, following the completion of a $6 million renovation project.
Located at 2850 S. Circle Drive, off Interstate 25, at the base of Pikes Peak, the 98,000-square-foot SCP Hotel Colorado Springs offers convenient access to popular travel and tourist destinations such as Garden of the Gods, the Olympic Training Center and the Air Force Training Academy. Additionally, the Colorado Springs Airport is approximately a 13-minute drive away.
The SCP Hotel Colorado Springs features the first SCP Fit—a 12,000-square-foot health and wellness venue—, a 2,000-square-foot lobby with co-working spaces, a 500-square-foot meeting room and free Wi-Fi. Also available are a 1,000-square-foot SCP Market and a full-service fitness center, including 5,000 square feet for free weights, cardio, indoor rock, climbing, yoga, spin, cross-fit studios, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
