Publishing company Dow Jones has selected Colliers International as co-leasing agent for its five-building Princeton, N.J. campus that houses its headquarters. The complex is situated at 4300 Route 1 N., and encompasses 206 acres. Colliers Executive Managing Director Thomas Romano and Managing Director Vinny DiMeglio will work together with Fischer & Co.’s Brian Sapp on marketing and leasing the available 140,000 square feet at Bernard Kilgore Center’s Building 1.

The 420,000-square-foot, three-story asset offers units ranging from 10,000 to 72,000 square feet, with an additional 90,000 square feet of adjoining space on two floors. Amenities include dual power feeds with onsite substation and backup generator, five internet service providers, full-time onsite security, large floor plates, 500-seat cafeteria, grab-and-go café, full-service fitness center, modern conference facility and 100 video conference-capable meeting rooms.

The campus also boasts 3,265 parking spaces, 1-mile walking/jogging trail, softball league, volleyball, basketball, on-site Amazon locker for pick-ups and deliveries, and an onsite daycare. The Kilgore Center is located in the vicinity of hotels, stores, and Heathcote Park. It is also 3 miles away from Princeton University.

This corporate headquarters-level amenity package extends well beyond what smaller tenants can typically find in a multi-tenant environment,” DiMeglio said in a prepared statement. “This makes Building 1 particularly well-suited for companies seeking to offer a workplace culture that balances productivity and lifestyle in an attractive campus setting.
