Friedman Integrated to Renovate and Lease Raleigh Officentre
The modernization of the property includes landscape upgrades and new lobbies with high-end finishes.

Southfield, Mich.—Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has been assigned the management, leasing and construction of the 297,000-square-foot Raleigh Officentre. The company is planning to renovate the asset, which includes two connected six-story office buildings located at 25300 and 25330 Telegraph Road in Southfield, Mich.
Friedman’s construction and design team will supervise the planned upgrades which include landscape enhancements and fully remodeled lobbies with luxurious, modern finishes. “We will transform Raleigh Officentre into one of the most appealing options for businesses seeking a modern office environment in the Southfield area. Our team is looking forward to this exciting opportunity,” David Friedman, president & CEO of Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, said in a prepared statement.
Amenities will include a first-floor cafeteria, sundry shop and on-site management. Currently, spaces available for lease at Raleigh Officentre vary from 1,000 to 280,000 square feet. The buildings are conveniently located close to hotel, dining and retail options.
Friedman has also redesigned the Arboretum Office Park in Farmington Hills, Mich., bringing the occupancy up to 90 percent.
