Genesis Pain Management has bought a 2,610-square-foot medical office unit located on the ground floor of a 25-story, 154,045-square-foot residential building. NAI James E. Hanson has brokered the sale of this facility (Suite 1A) located at 160 Overlook Ave. in Hackensack, N.J. Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented the seller, R.A.F. Realty of Hackensack LLC, in the transaction.
