The Corners

Glenfield Capital has chosen Colliers International Management to oversee the operations of two of its office parks near Atlanta. The properties—The Corners and Lakeside at Spalding Triangle—total approximately 550,000 square feet of Class B space. Glenfield picked up the assets in 2014, according to Yardi Matrix, and CBRE previously handled property management.

The Corners is situated at 6025, 6075, 6525 and 6575 The Corners Parkway N.W. in Peachtree Corners, Ga. Containing roughly 290,000 square feet across two five-story and two two-story buildings, the park sits near Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, linking the area with The Perimeter, less than five miles away. The asset is 78 percent leased, according to the owner.

Lakeside at Spalding Triangle

Located at 5405 and 5430 Metric Place, 5400 Triangle Parkway and 3795 Data Drive in Peachtree Corners, Lakeside at Spalding Triangle comprises 260,000 square feet across four one-story structures. The buildings are positioned within half a mile of Georgia Route 141, slightly more than 20 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. The park is 91 percent leased to a mix of tenants including Siemens Energy, Vital Solutions and MModal.

According to Commercial Property Executive‘s latest survey on top property management companies, Colliers is in charge of more than 2 billion square feet of space across roughly 29,000 properties.
