Greysteel Expands in Denver

To accommodate their growth throughout the country, Greysteel opened its first Colorado office, in Denver. The company hired Ryan Floyd as a senior director and Scott Whitfields as a director.

After opening its first New York office, Greysteel continues the round of premiers, with the opening of its first Denver office. With the new opening, Ryan Floyd and Scott Whitfield have joined the company.

Senior Director Ryan Floyd is in charge with leading the Denver team, which will focus on arranging sales and financing for institutional, middle market and private client multifamily properties throughout the Front Range Corridor. He brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm. Prior to joining, he worked at a local firm, where he oversaw the team’s expansion and growth, apart from the daily responsibilities of deal execution.

Director Scott Whitfield’s main focus is private capital multifamily transactions in the Denver area. He previously owned a private real estate brokerage company. Before he opened his own firm, he held management positions at Armstrong Development Properties and Trammel Crow.

Likewise, Scott is a multifaceted industry professional, combing real estate development experience with robust commercial sales activity.”
