Hall Group to Start Work on $140M Dallas-Area Tower

The project will join a dense mixed-use district.

Construction is expected to begin imminently on a 10-story office tower in the Hall Park mixed-use district in Frisco, Texas, according to a report from The Dallas Morning News. Hall Group is leading the development for the project, which is scheduled to be completed by February 2028.

Construction is estimated to cost about $140 million, according to public records. The tower will total 206,000 square feet of office space atop an eight-floor parking garage with 1,345 spaces.

The new office building will join the 162-acre Hall Park mixed-use district, which Hall Group has owned since 1989 and now totals 15 buildings. In addition to office assets, the land also includes retail, multifamily and hotel properties, plus green space and outdoor event areas.

Hall Park is located just off the junction of the Sam Rayburn Tollway and the Dallas North Tollway, about 23 miles north of downtown Dallas. The park is located within a mile from Stonebriar Mall at The Bridges, a large retail center.
