Greenleaf Capital, the real estate division of HCI Group Inc., acquired the Century Park office property in Tampa. The asset was purchased from Gramercy Property Trust for $9.1 million.

Located at 1000 Century Park Drive, the 68,867-square-foot building consists of flour floors and was built in 1984. The asset sits on 7.9 acres in Tampa’s Westshore business district, across the street from HCI’s corporate headquarters. Bank of America North America is the sole tenant under a long-term lease.

Before selling this property, Gramercy acquired a 280,173-square-foot office building in San Bernardino, Calif., in a joint venture with TPG Capital.
