HFF Arranges Sale of Hampton Inn Hotel in Austin
The asset is located 1 mile from Austin Bergstrom International Airport and 5 miles from the Formula 1 racetrack.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Austin Airport Hotel
Austin, Texas—HFF announced it has closed the sale of the Hampton Inn & Suites Austin Airport Hotel, a 102-key property near the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and the Circuit of the Americas. InLight Capital LLC acquired the asset and will self-manage the hotel.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Pendo Investments. The HFF investment sales team was led by Senior Managing Director and head of HFF’s hotel group Dan Peek, Managing Director John Bourret and Associate Director Austin Brooks.
Hampton Inn & Suites Austin Airport Hotel is sited on 2.67 acres at 7712 East Riverside Drive, less than six miles from downtown Austin, which is easily accessible via State Highway 71, U.S. Route 183 and Interstate 35. The property was completed in 2001 and underwent extensive renovations in 2015. The hotel features an outdoor pool, 440 square feet of meeting space, 24-hour fitness center, 24-hour business center and complimentary hot breakfast. Moreover, the hotel’s 102 rooms include 18 suites.
