Atlanta—HFF has recently announced the sale of the 58,634-square-foot retail portion of Suwanee Town Center on behalf of the seller, Madison Retail LLC. The asset was purchased free and clear of debt by a subsidiary of a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital Real Estate. The HFF team was led by senior managing directors Jim Hamilton and Richard Reid, along with associates Mike Allison and Brad Buchanan.
The mixed-use lifestyle center, which is adjacent to Suwanee Town Center Park, is situated on a 4.81-acre lot at 320 Town Center Ave., at the intersection of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road and Buford Highway, roughly 15 miles northeast of Atlanta.
Constructed in three phases between 2007 and 2009, the property encompasses the City Hall, 147 condominiums and 85 single-family residences. It consists of three retail buildings that are 90 percent leased to national and regional tenants, including Five Guys Burgers, Mellow Mushroom and Planet Smoothie.
