HFF Secures $13M Refi for Delaware Office Building
The four-story, 90,000-square-foot property is located 3 miles northwest of downtown Wilmington.

Wilmington, Del.—HFF recently announced that it has secured a $13 million refinancing for 1011 Centre Road, a 90,000-square-foot, Class A office building in Wilmington, Del. HFF Managing Director Ryan Ade and his team worked on behalf of Delle Donne & Associates Inc. in placing a long-term, fixed-rate loan with a regional bank.
1011 Centre Road is located in a park-style setting, with major street exposure, less than 4 miles from the I-95 in Western Newcastle County and 19 miles from the Philadelphia International Airport.
According to Yardi Matrix data, the four-story property provides 276 parking spaces. Known as E.A. Delle Donne Corporate Center I, the asset has a twin building at 1013 Centre Road, 92,000-square-foot E.A. Delle Donne Corporate Center II. Both Class A buildings cater to tenants serving suburban Wilmington.
Currently, the 1986-built property is fully leased. Recent capital improvements of the property include new roof, elevators and new restrooms.
