HFF Taps West Coast Industrial Managing Director

Andrew Briner, HFF

HFF appointed Andrew Briner as managing director in the firm’s Los Angeles office. In his new role, Andrew will focus on industrial transactions throughout Southern California and the West Coast.

Briner joins from CBRE, where he served as first vice president. Prior to that, Briner also worked for Cushman & Wakefield and Lee & Associates.

Over the past 11 years, Briner has closed more than $24 billion in dispositions and recapitalizations nationally. He has several high-profile transactions under his belt, for which he received recognition from industry organizations, including various deal of the year awards.

Briner holds a bachelor degree from the University of California Berkeley.
