Hill International Promotes Four Middle East Executives

Hill International, a Philadelphia-based construction consulting services company, announced four promotions to senior vice presidents for its Project Management Group.

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Osama A. Abusitta has more than 30 years of project management experience in the U.S., U.K. and the Middle East. His experience includes managing large mixed-use, healthcare, educational and commercial projects. Abusitta studied at California State University at Chico, where he earned a B.S. in civil engineering.

Dr. Adel K. Jemah, a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Chartered Manager, is based in Hill’s Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Office. His career spans 25 years, covering structural engineering and project management. Prior to joining Hill in 1999, Dr. Jemah served as Chief Executive Officer for TPM and was a lecturer at the Cardiff School of Engineering at the University of Wales. He earned both his B.S. in civil engineering and his Ph.D. in structural engineering from the University of Wales at Cardiff.

Michael L. Jameson, FCIOB is based in Hill’s Doha, Qater office. His experience in program, project and construction management spans more than 40 years working on renowned projects such as mixed-use developments, shopping malls, hotels, telecommunication facilities, power and residential developments. Jameson studied at Granville College, where he earned his Diploma in engineering, and at the University of Salford, where he earned his M.Sc. in project management.

With 30 years of experience, Dr. Samer T. Tamimi, PE, PMP of the company’s Abu Dhabi, UAE office specialized in managing major transportation projects such as light rail systems, high occupancy vehicle facilities, advanced intelligent transportation systems and bridges. A registered professional engineer in Colorado and a certified Project Management Professional, Dr. Tamimi earned both his M.S. and Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
