Hilton Nashville Green Hills Welcomes First Guests
The property, situated just 5 miles from the city’s central business district, is the only full-service hotel in the area.
Hilton Nashville Green Hills, a 210-key full-service property developed by Chartwell Hospitality, is now open. Located at 3801 Cleghorn Ave. in the Green Hills neighborhood, the hotel is 5 miles away from downtown Nashville’s central business district. This location is home to numerous businesses, dining and shopping options, including The Mall at Green Hills. Other nearby attractions include the Bridgestone Arena, the Bluebird Café, the Historic Ryman Auditorium, as well as several universities: Lipscomb University, Vanderbilt University and Belmont University.
The hotel’s guestrooms and the three luxurious corner suites include floor-to-ceiling windows, while the upgraded Executive Level and Executive Lounge offer functional work spaces and open seating. Hilton Nashville Green Hills has more than 6,500 square feet of indoor flexible meeting space, featuring a 3,306-square-foot ballroom that can accommodate up to 330 people and can be divided into three separate rooms. The rooftop also provides an additional 3,500 square feet of semi-private event space.
Härth, the property’s signature on-site restaurant, offers private dining options for up to 90 guests and outdoor dining on the terrace. Other common-area amenities include a business center, a 24-hour pavilion pantry market, a fitness room and a rooftop pool.
Another Hilton hotel in Nashville, also developed by Chartwell Hospitality, changed ownership earlier this year. AVR Realty bought the 214-key property for $125 million.
