Hilton Opens 152-Key Hotel in Seattle
The company’s newest Garden Inn location offers convenient access to Seatac International Airport and downtown Seattle, as well as multiple dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Hilton has opened Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport, a 152-key property in Seattle. Legacy Development and Management owns and operates the hotel.
Located at 3056 S. 188th St. in SeaTac, Wash., the property is approximately 1 mile from Seatac International Airport and offers convenient access to a mix of dining, shopping and entertainment venues including Sharps Roasthouse, The Museum of Flight, Space Needle and Pike Place Market. Additionally, downtown Seattle is less than 12 miles away, with a larger variety of entertainment and tourist attraction options.
Common-area amenities include a 24-hour business center, fitness center, full-service restaurant, coin laundry, indoor swimming pool, 24-hour grab-and-go retail space and an airport shuttle. Additionally, Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport features three conference rooms totaling roughly 1,200 square feet for up to 20 people.
Earlier this month, Hilton opened Homewood Suites by Hilton, an 84-key hotel in the popular ski town of Steamboat Springs, Colo.
