Hilton has opened a dual-branded property consisting of Tru by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road and Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Tower Road. DIA Yampa Street Development LCC owns the 186-key hotel, while Baywood Hotels manages it.

Both located at 6951 N. Yampa St., the hotels are less than three miles from the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center. Downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Elitch Gardens, Coors Field and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science are nearby. Additionally, there is a shuttle service to and from Denver International Airport, located approximately 7 miles away.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Tower Road includes a mix of studio and one-bedroom rooms with fully equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. The properties include two distinct dining areas, a shared 24-hour fitness center, a meeting room for up to 90 people, an outdoor grill area and an indoor heated saline swimming pool. Both brands offer smart features including mobile check-in, Digital Key, Wi-Fi, remote printing, a social media wall, lobby tablets and access to outlets throughout the hotels. Additionally, a grocery shopping service is available.

In July, Hilton opened another dual-branded property, Hampton Inn by Hilton Tampa Downtown Channel District and Home2 Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Channel District, a 213-key hotel in downtown Tampa, Fla.
