Hilton Opens Embassy Suites in Seattle’s Pioneer Square
The hotel offers two-bedroom and penthouse suites, totaling 282 keys. All guest rooms and amenities are enclosed in two glass towers.

A new Embassy Suites by Hilton has opened in southern Pioneer Square, Seattle’s oldest neighborhood. Owned by American Life and managed by Hilton, the property features 282 suites, enclosed in two glass towers.
The hotel is located at 255 South King St., adjacent to CenturyLink Field and Safeco Field. The location offers easy access to various attractions, such as Pike Place Market, Pier 55 and the Seattle Art Museum. King Street Station is situated next to the property, while Interstate 5 is a five-minute drive away.
Varied Amenities
Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square provides two-room and studio suites. One of the two towers includes the main lobby, hotel amenities and suites, while the other houses a 7,433-square-foot King Street Ballroom, outdoor event space, indoor pool and leased office space.
The property offers 17 room types, from penthouse suites to two-bedroom guest rooms with separate living area and mini-kitchen. Additional on-site amenities include:
- health club with an indoor pool
- exercise room
- sun deck
- six-story atrium lobby
- upper work loft
- outdoor courtyard
