Hilton Lake Como has opened its doors, marking Hilton’s first property in the region. As the largest hotel in the Italian resort area, the new property features 170 keys in the residential heart of the city.

Located at Via Borgo Vico 241, between central Como and the Swiss border, the hotel is within walking distance from the city’s works of art, churches, museums, theatres, parks and palaces. Milan is 45 minutes away.

All rooms have parquet floors, wood and glass furnishings, and large windows. The hotel includes 21 suites, three of which offer lake-view private terraces. Hilton Lake Como includes a signature restaurant, lounge, spa, fitness center, rooftop pool and six meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 300 guests.

In another recent deal, Hilton opened Embassy Suites by Hilton in Wilmington, N.C.’s new Convention District. The 186-key riverfront hotel is near the Wilmington Convention Center.
