Pune, India—With four locations in Thailand, three in China, and one in Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Japan and South Korea, Hilton’s Conrad Hotels & Resorts recently announced the opening of Conrad Pune, the luxury brand’s first hotel in India. The asset is managed by Hilton and owned by Palm Grove Beach Hotels, a subsidiary of the K. Raheja Constructions Group.

The 410-key, Art Deco-inspired Conrad Pune is located at 7 Mangaldas Road, near the Koregaon Park area, conveniently situated near the city’s main commercial and entertainment areas. Within a 30-minute ride from the Pune Airport, the Conrad establishment sits in the heart of the central business district and offers easy access to the main IT and business hubs in the area.

“The introduction of the Conrad brand in India marks a significant milestone for the brand’s expansion in South Asia, and Pune enjoys a robust demand for high-end hospitality from affluent travelers from around the globe,” said Amit Midha, general manager of the Conrad Pune, in a prepared statement.

The Conrad Pune features three upscale restaurants, a bar, poolside café, and a delicatessen. The 20,000 square feet of lavishly decorated meetings and events areas include a grand ballroom, seven boardrooms and several meeting rooms. The hotel also boasts a 24-hour fitness center, full-service spa and a dedicated children’s pool.
