A joint venture between Hines and New York Life Real Estate Investors have topped off the Offices at Chandler Viridian, a 250,000-square-foot building in Chandler, Ariz. The partnership broke ground on the Phoenix-area office development last September and is set to complete it in the fourth quarter of this year, with the first tenants expected to move in by November.
Located at 3133 W. Frye Road, the six-story development will include approximately 1,500 parking spaces and is designed to meet LEED standards. According to Yardi Matrix data, Stantec, an architectural, engineering, planning and environmental services company, signed a 55,000-square-foot lease at the Offices at Chandler Viridian for its Southwest regional headquarters. The mid-rise property is part of a master-planned, mixed-use project that will consist of a Cambria hotel, three-story parking structure, more than 350 luxury apartments and about 24,000 square feet of retail space. Whiting-Turner serves as the project’s general contractor, while RSP Architects is in charge of design.
The office building is situated at the intersection of Arizona loops 101 and 202, offering convenient access to multiple public transportation, dining and shopping options, including The Old Spaghetti Factory, Chandler Fashion Center and Chandler Festival.
