Holder Properties has completed the new corporate campus for Blackbaud, a leading provider of software and services for the global philanthropic community. Holder was the developer and will also provide property management and office services for the asset. The building was designed by ASD | SKY and built by Balfour Beatty. JLL is providing tenant support services.
Located at 2000 Daniel Island Drive in Charleston, N.C., the property comprises 172,000 square feet. The interior was designed to meet LEED Gold standards and utilizes energy saving features such as solar panels, LED lighting, state-of-the-art lighting and HVAC automation and low flow fixtures. The corporate campus provides open work spaces, employee lounges, classrooms, a game room, a cafeteria, private offices, conference rooms, team rooms, a full-service kitchen and a Starbucks cafe. Exterior features include two terraces, a putting green, an employee garden, a full-length basketball court, a timber framed pavilion, a bocce ball court and an activity field.
“We are pleased to have worked with Blackbaud on this project and to have developed a space that fits the specific needs of their growing business,” said John Holder, CEO of Holder Properties, in a prepared statement.
