Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) has announced the opening of Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre, located in the heart of the Polish capital. UBM Polska will manage the 256-key hotel facility.
The property is located on the boundary of Śródmieście and Wolaen neighborhoods, in an area bordered by Żelazna, Złota and Twarda Streets. The hotel targets both business and leisure travelers, and is in close proximity to various retail, leisure and business amenities.
The first floor of Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre is occupied by a business center, providing adaptable floor space according to clients’ needs: a large, 861-square-foot conference room, as well as three smaller spaces of 322 square feet each.
A Hotel in the Heart of Warsaw
The hotel features the Holiday Inn Open Lobby, which combines the front desk, restaurant, bar, lounge area and business center into one open, cohesive space. The open lobby includes a 24/7 coffee shop, allowing guests to work at any time of the day.
“We are looking forward to opening the doors to Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre and welcoming guests from far and wide. We are in the perfect location for both business and leisure guests with access to surrounding areas such as Warsaw Old Town, which is a bustling tourism hub with historic architecture and medieval buildings,” said Marek Kaszewski, general manager of Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre, in prepared remarks.
In October last year, SRE Acquisitions purchased the 173-key Holiday Inn Resort Grand Cayman, located on 6.5 acres of prime oceanfront land.
