Hunt Mortgage Group Promotes Vic Clark
As a senior managing director, he will oversee two of the company's main business lines.
Dallas—Hunt Mortgage Group announced the promotion of Vic Clark to national head of conventional and commercial loan production. As a senior managing director, he will oversee two of the company’s main business lines, the conventional agency business and the property commercial loan origination.
Clark joined the company in 2012 as managing director and has been responsible for building and leading a Southwest team focused on agency lending and assisting the company with developing alternative capital financing strategies. Prior to working at Hunt Mortgage Group, he served as senior vice president of Walker & Dunlop and as managing director at Column Financial.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Southern California and is also a certified public accountant and a member of the Appraisal Institute.
“Vic has vast expertise with 29 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate finance sector,” said Jim Flynn, president & CIO of Hunt Mortgage Group, in prepared remarks. “During his tenure at Hunt Mortgage Group and throughout his lending production career, he has secured more than $9 billion in loan originations over 700 transactions. He also led his Dallas production team to achieve nationally recognized production volume making them a top production team in the firm for several years.”
