HVMG Sells NC Embassy Suites
HVMG has sold the 146-key Embassy Suites in downtown Winston-Salem, N.C. The hotel is in convenient proximity to Smith-Reynolds and Piedmont Triad International airports.

Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) has completed the sale of a 146-key Embassy Suites located in downtown Winston-Salem, N.C. The hotel owner-operator will continue to manage the property.
The asset is located at 460 North Cherry St., adjacent to the Benton Convention Center. The Smith-Reynolds Airport is a 10-minute drive away, while Piedmont Triad International Airport is 23 miles east of the property. Guests have easy access to the Winston-Salem Downtown Arts District, Piedmont Craftsmen Gallery, Old Salem and numerous surrounding parks.
Diverse event space
With 57,000 square feet of event space, the hotel provides a variety of layouts for social gatherings. An eight-story atrium can accommodate up to 600 people and two larger ballrooms are suitable for weddings and banquets. Additional amenities include:

- Glass Door salon & spa
HVMG also recently completed the renovation and rebranding of a 30-year-old hotel into a 242-key Embassy Suites in Phoenix.
