Hyatt Hotels Expands Hyatt Place Brand
The pet-friendly property in Flint, Mich., is located close to the Bishop International Airport and includes the brand’s signature amenities.
Hyatt Hotels Corp. has opened Hyatt Place Flint/Grand Blanc, a 106-key hotel in downtown Flint, Mich. Mt. Pleasant-based Lodgco Hospitality owns and operates the property. This follows after the company announced its brand debuting in Japan with a 10-story, 363-key hotel.
Located at 5481 Hill-23 Drive, off US-23 and Hill Road exit, the pet-friendly property offers convenient access to the Bishop International Airport, situated three miles away. Various dining, shopping and entertainment venues including The Captain’s Club at Woodfield, Stepping Stone Falls, Sloan Museum, Sam’s Italian Restaurant and Hill Road Grille are nearby.
Common-area amenities include free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, indoor heated swimming pool, free parking, breakfast bar, business center, The Market, The Bar, roughly 1,400 square feet of high-tech flexible meeting space and 24-hour fitness center with cardio equipment with LCD touchscreens and free ear buds. Additionally, Hyatt Place Flint/Grand Blanc offers Necessities program for forgotten items that guests can buy, borrow or enjoy for free.
