Iconic Atlanta Building Gets Major Revamp

The office building formerly known as Centennial Tower is slated for a complete renovation by Thanksgiving.

AtlantaThe Dilweg Cos., a real estate investment firm focused on key economic markets in the Southeast, has announced that it is completing a major revamp of 101 Marietta Street, an office building formerly known as Centennial Tower. Renovations have already begun and are slated for completion by Thanksgiving.

“There has always been a landmark office building on this property since the early 1900s, and it has been known as 101 Marietta Street for most of its history. Our repositioning efforts connect the historical roots of Downtown to the evolving workplace needs of today,” said Anthony Dilweg, CEO of The Dilweg Cos., in a prepared statement.

Located at 101 Marietta St., NW, the property is an iconic feature of Atlanta’s skyline. The 36-story building with first-floor retail totals 639,579 square feet and includes 627 parking stalls. The asset will have front and back lobbies virtually connected by a large video wall, and recaptured lobby space converted into collaborative workspaces. The Dilweg Cos. has also provided a full floor of move-in-ready spaces with flexible floor plans and high-tech finishes, in addition to the lobby and on-site amenities that will include “The Hub”, a state-of-the-art conference/training space, and a renovated fitness center.

101 Marietta Street offers convenient access to public transportation, popular neighborhoods, universities, sports venues, parks, entertainment options and walkable dining and shopping locations. The property is being managed and leased by CBRE.
