INC Research Relocates HQ to Perimeter Park

Morrisville, N.C.—JLL has facilitated the relocation of INC Research Holdings Inc.’s headquarters to Perimeter Five in Morrisville, N.C. The contract research organization inked a 12-year lease for the whole 215,450-square-foot, Class A office building within the Perimeter Park. Trinity Partners represented the landlord in this transaction.

Located at 3032 Carrington Mill Blvd., adjacent to Exit 69 on I-540, the company’s new global headquarters is roughly 18 miles east from its former location. INC Research will be part of Perimeter Park, a 3 million-square-foot office and industrial development, minutes from Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Lenovo, Fujifilm Medical Systems and Microsoft are among the campus’ other tenants.

“We were able to find an ideal home for our client at Perimeter Five in the Perimeter Park office complex. INC will be able to relocate to a brand new office building while remaining in the heart of Research Triangle,” said Erika Jean McNeil, senior vice president at JLL, in prepared remarks.

Perimeter Five is accessible from Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh and the surrounding suburbs. Completed during the summer of 2016, the six-story office building provides access to green spaces, restaurants, a conference center, a dedicated parking lot and a fitness center.
