Intellicenter Tampa Receives CMBS Financing
Tampa’s Intellicenter office building has received a CMBS first mortgage loan.

KeyBank Real Estate Capital announced it has secured a $33.6 million non-recourse, CMBS first mortgage on behalf of CIO Intellicenter LP. Randy Martin of KeyBank’s Commercial Mortgage Group secured the financing.
Intellicenter comprises a four-story, Class A, multi-tenant office building with 203,509 square feet of rentable space, and an adjacent 14.1-acre land zoned for 153,879 square feet of future office development. It also includes 1,140 parking spaces, offering an above-market 5.6/1000 ratio. The property is located at 12653 Telecom Drive in the Temple Terrace submarket of Tampa, and is 100 percent occupied.
Intellicenter Tampa was developed by KDC as the sixth in the Intellicenter series of speculative office buildings, following sister developments in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston and Riverside, Ca. All Intellicenters are LEED certified, have 100 precent raised access flooring, and underfloor air delivery system.
