International Shipping Company Relocates Houston Office
Mediterranean Shipping Company has signed a 33,713-square-foot office lease at Concourse at Westway, in the city’s West Belt office submarket.

Mediterranean Shipping Company, a Geneva-based international shipping firm which operates 480 offices across 155 countries, has signed a 33,713-square-foot office lease at Concourse at Westway, in west Houston. The company is planning to relocate its Houston office from 10050 NW Freeway in the first quarter of 2019.
Located at 4700 W. Sam Houston Parkway N., in the city’s West Belt office submarket in the Westbranch neighborhood, the shipping company’s new office will be near the intersection of Sam Houston Tollway and Clay Road. Concourse at Westway is within 8 miles of both Interstate 10 and Highway 290. Dining options are within a 5-minute drive of the building.
Completed in 1998 and renovated in 2016, the two-story, 130,000-square-foot office building features a Wi-Fi equipped lounge with TVs, kitchen space and collaborative meeting areas for tenants.
JLL completed the lease with Russell Hodges and Chrissy Wilson representing the landlord, Guggenheim Concourse L.P., in the transaction. Bob Parsley and Corbin Jansen of Colliers International represented Mediterranean Shipping Company.
