Irvine Names Senior Leasing Manager for Chicago Portfolio

Maggie Brophy, senior leasing manager, Irvine Co.

Irvine Co. Office Properties has welcomed Maggie Brophy as senior leasing manager for its Chicago portfolio, which includes iconic towers One North Wacker, 300 North LaSalle and 71 South Wacker. Brophy will report to Senior Leasing Director Greg Tait and will be based in the company’s Chicago office.

Prior to joining Irvine Co., Brophy was a leasing director with the Telos Group, where she oversaw the $600 million redevelopment and leasing of Willis Tower, among other properties. Prior to that, she served as vice president within JLL’s brokerage and national investor accounts teams in Chicago and Los Angeles offices and, before that, associate with Transwestern. Some of her largest investor clients included The Blackstone Group, KBS and Bentall Kennedy. Brophy’s industry experience includes tenant representation, business development and client management.

Brophy is the recipient of the 2017 Office Property Representative award by the Greater Chicago Food Depository Commercial Real Estate Awards. She is also a founding member and former president of the Michael Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation Young Professionals Board.
