Jackson Capital Group—a boutique brokerage firm for capital markets transaction services—has opened its headquarters in Seattle. The company has a main focus on the office and industrial sectors, serving the needs of individuals and corporations alike.

Jackson Capital recognizes city’s innovative culture and strong commercial character, being committed to the community’s continued expansion and growth. The group holds detailed knowledge of the Seattle market’s landscape, aiming to create value for its clients.

“While positive absorption and sound fundamentals have sustained transactional volume, we see a disparity in the quality of service brokerage firms provide,” said Mark Jackson Jr., managing director & founder of Jackson Capital Group, in prepared remarks. The private client selling an office building in a secondary or tertiary submarket doesn’t receive the quality of service that an institution does when selling a high-rise in downtown Seattle and we don’t think that is appropriate.
