Janelle French Advances to Mission Rock VP
As VP, French will direct Denver management team's strategic planning initiatives.

Denver –Mission Rock Residential has announced its appointment of Janelle French to VP. In this capacity French will direct strategic planning on behalf of the property management company’s Denver team.
“Janelle’s experience in operations and managing a successful portfolio will strengthen this part of the company. She has a proven track record for increasing the NOI at each property she has managed. Her leadership skills are well suited for this executive position,” said President Patricia Hutchison in a prepared release.
With 20 years of experience, French acutely understands the multifamily industry. Early in her career she transitioned from leasing consultant to assistant manager. Deepening her industry knowledge, French advanced to property manager before undertaking the role of regional manager.
Her portfolio management resume includes affordable housing, stabilized communities and redeveloped properties.
Recently French spoke on a career panel at the Apartment Association of Metro Denver‘s Education Conference. Currently she serves on the AAMD’s Economic Conference Committee.
