JLL Adds New Managing Director in Long Island

David Leviton has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience and will oversee agency leasing and tenants representation in the market.

JLL has selected David Leviton as its newest managing director and Long Island market leader. In his new role, Leviton will oversee agency leasing and tenant representation for commercial projects in the area, working alongside Executive Vice Presidents Ray Ruiz and Eric Launer.

Leviton has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, having previously focused on tenant representation, agency leasing and sales. Prior to joining the company, he served as senior vice president at CBRE. Before that, he was with Cushman & Wakefield for 20 years. Leviton holds a B.A. from SUNY at Stony Brook and is a member of the board of the Commercial-Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island. His appointment came shortly after JLL Carolinas hired a new senior vice president
