JLL Appoints SVP in Los Angeles, Expands Services into Beverly Hills

Los Angeles—JLL recently announced the recruitment of Houman Mahboubi as senior vice president, a move meant to extend the team’s retail business into Beverly Hills. He will be joined in his efforts by Devin Klein, Greg Briest, and Montrese Chandler. The team will be based in the company’s Los Angeles office sitting at 2049 Century Park.

Mahboubi boats more than 15 years of expertise in high street retail brokerage, having closed, during the last three years, in excess of $100 million and five million square feet of transactions. Prior to joining JLL, he has served as lead partner with BRC Advisors Beverly Hills for a decade, coordinating a team of over 20 specialists.

Mahboubi is a University of Southern California alumnus and has also served as a member of the city’s Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Committee, Rodeo Drive Committee, and Rotary Club.
