JLL Names Silicon Valley VP

Nicole Zanghi, Vice President, JLL

JLL has named Nicole Zanghi as vice president of its agency leasing team in Silicon Valley, Calif. In this capacity, she will be in charge of property-related services, including strategic positioning and competitive analysis, property analysis and consensus building, financial modeling and market evaluation as well as lease negotiation and tenant retention. Her appointment follows the recent addition of a new managing director to JLL’s Long Island agency leasing team.

Zanghi has been with the company since 2013. Prior to joining JLL’s leasing team, she served as vice president of the firm’s Bay Area Capital Markets office, focusing on Silicon Valley. Having more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate across all property types, Zanghi has secured more than 146 transactions covering 34 million square feet and totaling $9.6 billion in investment sales.

“She has worked extensively with institutional owners to evaluate, underwrite, buy and sell assets and is truly understanding of what drives their acquisition and ownership goals,” said JLL Executive Vice President Mark Bodie, in prepared remarks.
