JLL has named a new senior managing director & office leader of its Phoenix office. Pat Williams, the newly promoted member, will oversee a team of 46 commercial real estate brokers. Their focus will be on tenant and investor representation.

Williams specializes in representation for facility and site acquisition, marketing, strategy implementation, site evaluation and selection, financial analysis and lease reviews and negotiations. He worked along Senior Managing Director Dennis Desmond, who now joins JLL’s Capital Markets group.

Growing with the company

Williams has been working for JLL’s Phoenix office since 2000, initially serving as a tenant representation expert. He was one of six founding members of Staubach Co., which entered a $613 million merger with JLL in 2008. Williams, together with Desmond, helped the office grow from six to 46 real estate experts. In 2011, Williams was promoted to managing director and named head of the tenant representation team.

It has been gratifying to watch the Phoenix office grow into a leading market position, yet still maintain the attention to detail and client-centric philosophy that we’ve had from the start,” said Williams in a prepared statement.
