JLL Taps New Las Vegas SVP

With more than a decade of experience, Nick Barber will be responsible for working with owners of office properties in leasing and selling their assets.

After appointing a new vice president of office tenant representation in Houston, JLL has hired Nick Barber as senior vice president of its Las Vegas office. Barber brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience to the new role, where he will be responsible for working with owners of office properties in leasing and selling their assets. 

Prior to joining JLL, Barber served as a director at a global commercial real estate firm. Before that, he was a vice president of brokerage at a local firm. Barber has completed more than 800 transactions in excess of $800 million throughout his career. 

“The growth of our Las Vegas office is a priority for JLL,” said Peter Belisle, director of JLL’s Southwest Market, in prepared remarks. “Nick’s expertise, background and community involvement makes him the perfect fit for our firm and clients.”

Barber is a member of NAIOP. He is currently working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Barber is active in the Las Vegas community, where he volunteers and supports local organizations such as the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Homeless Helpers, the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada and the Rainbow Youth Soccer League.
